Breakfast With The Bunny - A Great Time - 03/28/2018

A wonderful time was had by all at the annual pancake breakfast with the Bunny.  Children enjoyed the Bunny, facepainting, and balloon animals.

Serving Lunch At Fisher House - 11/01/2017

Kiwanians Bob Kattman, Ron Turk, Paul Christensen, Tim Nelson, Larry Danner, and Ron Santilli prepare lunch at Fisher House.  Fisher House is a residence for family members of veterans who are hospitalized at the VA Hospital.  Family members stay for only a few days or in some cases several months.  Room and board are free.

Meals For Hurricane Victims - 10/05/2017

On Thursday, September 21 Kiwanians Don Behrens, Vicki Champion, and Ron Turk joined Nancy Behrens and non-Kiwanis volunteers to packed over 1,700 meals for hurricane victims. The relief effort was sponsored by the Milwaukee Center for Independence (MCFI) at their site in Glendale.

Play Together At Parkway School - 07/05/2017

President Don Behrens presents checks totaling $1,250 to Nancy Gapinski and Lisa Knigge of "Play Together At Parkway" to support the construction of a new handicap accessible playground at Parkway School in Glendale.  The playground is being funded by the Glendale-River Hills School District, the Glendale-River Hills Foundation and the Parkway PTO.  Gifts from civic organizations like this gift from  Kiwanis Club of North Shore Milwaukee and business are greatly appreciated.

Members of the Kiwanis club of North Shore Milwaukee braved a cold November night to get the word out about our club and the up coming Pancake Breakfast with Santa.  Candy canes were give out to many kids with mitten covered hands.

Club Donates $500 for Stars and Stripes Flight - 08/04/2009

Stars and Stripes honor flight mission is to fly WWII veterans and terminally ill veterans from other wars to see their memorials in Washington DC. They also work closely with Wisconsin schools. We want to be sure that the heroic stories of our veterans are understood in meaningful ways and incorporated into school programs so that future generations will fully appreciate the many sacrifices that have been made on their behalf.

Kiwanis Club of North Shore donated enough money to allow one veteran to fly the memorial in Washington DC!
